Where are you based?

The salon is based in Beckenham. We are a 5 minute drive from Crystal Palace.

How accessible is the salon?

The salon is a 3 minute walk from Elmer’s End Station with direct links to London Bridge, Waterloo, East Croydon and many more.

Free local parking is available.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our booking page where all pricing and availability information is available.

Hair appointment slots are released on the 20th of every month at 8pm for the following month.

Nail appointment slots are released every Wednesday at 8pm for the following week.

If you are unsure what service to book please drop us a message and we can assist.

What should I do if I am running late?

Please arrive on time. If you are running late please notify us before your scheduled appointment time.

We offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a late fee of £5. If you are more than 20 minutes late there will be a late fee of £10 and we can’t guarantee your appointment due to the inconvenience this will cause to our following clients.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins for all beauty services. All hair styling and colouring services require an appointment.

What is your Covid-19 protocol?

- Upon arrive you will be asked to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

- Please wear a face mask. The technician/stylist will be wearing one also.

- During this time we ask that there are no plus ones accompanying you to your appointment unless they also have an appointment.

- If you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

How much do I have to pay to secure an appointment?

All hair appointments and colouring services require a non-refundable deposit of £20.

All nail appointments require a non-refundable deposit of £10.

The remaining balance can be paid by either cash or card on the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice via e-mail if you need to reschedule your appointment. All appointments can be rescheduled once before forfeiting the deposit.

How/ When do I drop my hair prior to my appointment?

Hair can be dropped or delivered to the salon Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm. Please ensure that your name, number, date and time of your appointment is on the package. The salon will not be held liable for any lost packages and/or missed deliveries outside of the above hours.

How do I purchase hair from the salon for my appointment?

Please Shop Hair and select the ‘Salon-Appointments Only’ option at checkout. Please add your appointment date to the notes section.

Where is my order?

Please kindly note our delivery timeframe. If this timeframe has been exceeded please send an email to our dedicated customer care team who will provide you with an update.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive to your hair appointment with clean hair, blowdried straight and free from products unless you are booking a service that includes a wash. For wig services, please arrive with your hair neatly cornrowed all back unless you have added cornrows to your appointment.

For custom wig services please provide accurate head measurements. This can also be done for you at the salon when dropping off hair. Failure to provide head measurements will result in your unit being constructed using the standard 22 inch circumference.

At least 5-6 inches of hair is required for all straightening services.

Please arrive to your nail appointment with bare nails unless you are booking an infill or soak off.

Patch Tests and Colouring

If you have not had colour with us on your natural hair, you are required to book a FREE patch test and consultation. This patch test has to be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

What hair should I purchase?

All brands of hair is welcome at our salon. Hair can be purchased directly from via the salon below.

SHOP HAIR

We do not accept dense frontals with a thick hairline or thick lace.

What colour lace should I purchase?

Please ensure that you purchase the right colour lace in order to achieve the best final look. Lace can always be tinted darker but never lighter. Below is a guide to help you choose.

How long will my appointment take?

All appointment times are an estimate and can vary based on complexity of design (nails) and styling (hair). Please select the relevant add-ons to ensure that there is enough time for your allocated appointment.
