1. We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and continue to meet health and safety standard. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
2. All units are shipped via Royal Mail once processing is complete.
3. Once your order has been dispatched and in the possession of the courier, we cannot be responsible for delays, damages caused or customs fee charges (for international orders). In the event that an order has been declared lost, we will issue a full refund.
4. Please ensure that you have read our full terms and conditions and that your order is accurate before checking out as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via our carrier Royal Mail with full tracking which you will receive once your order has been dispatched.
Please Note: Processing your order takes 3 - 4 additional days before it is shipped.
UK Standard Shipping 4 - 6 working days
EU Shipping 5 - 10 working days
Rest of the World Shipping 10 - 12 working days
(excludes bank and public holidays)
Appointments
If you have purchased hair for an appointment with Milian London, please ensure that you purchase at least 15 days in advance of your appointment and 20 days in advance if you are also booking a colouring service.
Refunds
All orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Important Notice
If you’ve placed an order for delivery outside of the UK, you may have to pay custom fees and VAT which is required in the respective country.
Milian London are not responsible for reporting and paying these charges. The recipient will be liable for the payment of these charges or any other fees that may exist in the recipient's country, charged by the official custom authorities.
